Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes. Information is available on the state of California’s transportation website.

Q: How big are your trucks?
A: We offer a range of sizes to accommodate most moves from small to large. Sizes include 17-, 24- and 26-foot trucks.

Q: Do you have fuel and mileage fees?

A: We double the drive time between your two locations.

Q: Do you provide wardrobe boxes?
A: Yes, upon request.

Q: What’s included in your rates?
A: Pads, shrink wrap, dollies and other equipment.

Q: Do you offer additional men?
A: Yes, we offer three- and four-man crews.

Q: Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you offer loading and unloading services?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you move pianos, safes, spas, or pool tables?
A: We do move pianos and safes for an additional fee. We move spas if there is a flat bed trailer to load it onto. We only move pool tables if they are already broken down.

Q: What are your methods of payment?
A: Cash and Credit (additional fees apply). We do not accept checks.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: We offer a 5 percent senior discount, plus there are also special offers made available.

Q: Will I receive a receipt?
A: Yes, you will receive a copy of the invoice.

Q: Do you offer flat rates?
A: No, but we guarantee our quotes will not exceed the cost given upon signing of your agreement.

Q: Do you offer free written estimates?
A: Yes.

Q: When does the time start?
A: Time starts at your front door and ends upon completion of the job.

Q: Are there weather restrictions?
A: We work rain or shine. If weather becomes a factor, we cover furniture and floors with pads.
